How do your sizes fit?
Our pieces are designed with a modern streetwear fit. Depending on the item, the fit can be oversized.

What size should I choose if I’m between two sizes?
If you are between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable and relaxed fit.

How heavy are your hoodies and sweatshirts?
Our hoodies and sweatshirts are made from premium fabrics selected for comfort, durability, and structure.
They are designed to feel substantial without compromising everyday wearability.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly. Once production has started, we are unable to modify or cancel your order.
If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we will do our best to assist.
When is my order processed?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before being shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as secure online payment methods available at checkout.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems to ensure your data is fully protected.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the following countries:

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and include production and shipping:

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Why can delivery take longer than usual?
Each OFF-TIME piece is made specifically for you. This allows us to reduce waste and focus on quality, but it can result in slightly longer delivery times compared to mass-produced items.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Can I exchange an item for another size or color?
Exchanges are possible.
To request an exchange, the item must first be returned. Shipping costs for the exchange are the customer’s responsibility.
As an alternative, we may offer a store credit.
What if my item is defective or incorrect?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us with photos.
We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Do you offer refunds or store credit?
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
In some cases, store credit may be offered as a faster and more flexible solution.
